Advocacy & Legislative Affairs Committee Open Forum

Did you see the new Michigan Realtors® study on short-term rentals?

An independent study prepared by the Anderson Economic Group for Michigan Realtors examines the economic and housing impacts of short-term rentals across several Michigan counties.

The findings directly address some of the biggest concerns surrounding STRs — including economic contribution, housing availability, and effects on home prices.

At our upcoming Advocacy & Legislative Affairs Committee meeting, the Michigan Short Term Rental Association will walk through the key takeaways, discuss what the research means for hosts, and talk about how this information can strengthen our advocacy efforts across Michigan.

These meetings are typically reserved for members, but we’re opening this session to non-members as well.
